Finally a new one finished and a bird for once. Not done a bird for years and years.
Many thanks to Katy Rewston for the reference photo and for providing me with an idea as to what to paint next after finishing my previous piece.

I've used pencils in the feathers and the beak...on top of the acrylic. I've also used it in the shadowed areas.
